"Abeg, how far my order?"

The queue orders itself.

Customers scan the code on the wall and order from their own phone while they wait. They pay before anything is cooked, and their phone rings when the food is ready.

01Order from the line

The phone in their hand is the kiosk.

A code on the wall opens your menu on the customer's own phone. They order while they wait, so by the time they reach the counter, the food is already on its way. No screens to buy, no second line at a machine.

02Pay before cooking

Nothing gets cooked for nobody.

The customer approves the payment in their own bank app. FlashPay confirms it the same second, and only then does the order land on the kitchen screen. No unpaid tickets, no walk-outs, nobody checking alerts.

03Phone says it's ready

No more shouting numbers.

When the kitchen taps Ready, the customer's phone rings and the pickup screen shows the number. People wait where they like, outside, in the car or at a table, not in a crowd at the counter.

04The lunch rush

Same staff. Shorter line.

Set how busy lunch gets, then start the rush. On the left, everyone orders and pays at the counter. On the right, they order from the line, and the counter only hands food over.

An example to show the idea, not a promise. At the counter, taking an order and its payment takes about a minute. From the line, the counter only hands food over, about 20 seconds.

05For the owner

One till behind every phone.

Sold out? Gone from every phone.

Mark something sold out on the till and it greys out on every phone in the line at once. Nobody pays for food you don't have.

Every order on the till.

Each order from the line is a sale on Jollozi POS, with how it was paid and when.

Sold equals paid.

Food only reaches the kitchen once it's paid, so at closing the two numbers already match.
